Band fanfare introduction into this arrangement of the famous Gershwin standard for 4 percussionist:- Drum Kit, Timpani (4) congas/ hand percussion and vibes. Timpani play the theme over a half-time rock/ funk beat and then the band takes over with a lively swing. Solos for clarinet or tenor sax or vibes.
